frequency of such servicing depends upon the design, application
and useage.

We would note however that it is considered standard practice (as per manufacturer recommendations) to undertake a service at least every 12 months. In certain commercial air conditioning applications (e.g. shops, restaurants, bars, offices) the need may be more regular.
